• 1.Should I make a reservation for the experience activities in advance?+

  Please make a reservation in advance if you're a group of more than 10 members.

• 2.Is there any age limit for the experience activities?+

  Indoor DIY activities are recommended for tourist over the age of 3 who can operate independently.

• 3.What is the charge for the experiential activity? Is companionship allowed?+

  2. Outdoors animal interaction activities are provided at the fixed place on a fixed time including milking a cow, feeding a calf, and watching a duckling march completely for free.
  3. Due to the site restriction and payer equity, indoors DIY experience activities are not open for free companion ticket or photo shooting.
  4. Due to the animal habits, outdoors animal interactive activities are suitable for the child who is accompanied by an adult.

  2. 報名參加付費人數達該項活動人數上限即可為包場。
  3. 戶外動物互動體驗須考量動物習性及生理狀況來限制參與人數及時間。

• 5.活動會不會受氣侯影響？+

  1. 室内體驗活動不會受氣侯影響。
  2. 戶外部份依雨勢大小及人身安全考量決定。

• 6.活動有分平假日嗎？+

  有的。假日有多加開場次。
