  • 1.What is included in the accommodation?+

    Our accommodation includes free park entrance, free parking service, greeting milk, greeting breakfast, nighttime experience activities (x1) and natural forest breakfast.
  • 2.What is the content of a nighttime experience activity?+

    Nighttime experience activity is adjustable based on seasonal change. It is advised that you make a phone call to confirm 7 days in advance before check-in.
  • 3.What is the equipment in the room? Is there any free WIFI?+

    1. Each of our rooms is equipped with a comfortable single or double bed, feather pillow, feather quilt, LCD screen, greeting candy, tea bag, coffee bag, air-conditioner, hairdryer, electric kettle, refrigerator, and toiletries. In addition

  • 4.Is there heating in winter?+

    there is no heating facility in the room, which can help you prepare more bed quilts. Please make a reservation at the time of booking.

  • 9.Extra Charge for Additional Lodger+

    1. Our accommodation provides beds for lodgers who are over 3 years old. For each additional lodger to the room, an extra charge of NT$800/person is required (without bed added).
    2. Extra charge for an additional lodger shall include general cleaning fee, greeting milk, mattress, quilt, flying cow shower foam, flying cow shampoo, nighttime experience activity, and natural forest breakfast.
    3. In order to maintain your lodging experience, a maximum of two additional lodgers are allowed for each room.
  • 10.Is there any discount offer for long-stay guest and frequent guest?+

    A discount offer is available for the frequent guest:
    • For frequent guest who stays in our hotel for more than 3 times (3 times excluded): a 20% discount offer is available on the weekdays and a 5% discount offer is available on holidays.
    • For frequent guest who stays in our hotel for more than 8 times (8 times excluded): a 25% discount offer is available on the weekdays and a 10% discount offer is available on the holidays.
  • 11.Is cooking allowed in the room?+

    Cooking is not allowed in the room. It is advised that you enjoy your meals at a park restaurant.
  • 12.Is there any bed fence in the room?+

    Bed fence is currently unavailable in the room.
  • 13.Is there any baby bed or baby bathtub in the room?+

    Yes, we provide baby bed and baby bathtub for free. Please notify our service staff while making your room reservation.
  • 14.Is there a safekeeping service for guest's personal belongings or items that need refrigeration?+

    1. Safekeeping service for guest's personal belongings is currently unavailable.
    2. A refrigerator is made available at each of our rooms. If you have excessive items that need refrigeration, please contact the check-in counter for further assistance.
  • 15.Is pet allowed in the hotel room?+

    Sorry, pets are not allowed in the hotel room.
  • 16.Is there a credit card service?+

    At present, only cash payment is allowed in the park. An ATM is made available in the service center for money withdrawal.
  • 17.Is there a deposit deduction for canceling a room reservation?+

    Hotel room cancellation based on standard form contract:
    • If a tourist cancels a room reservation due to typhoon, earthquake, or other natural disasters, a service charge 10% of the advance deposit shall be deducted with the rest returned to the tourist.
    • If a tourist cancels a room reservation 14 days in advance before check-in (14 days included), a 100% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
    • If a tourist cancels a room reservation 10~13 days in advance before check-in (13 days included), a 70% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
    • If a tourist cancels a room reservation 7~9 days in advance before check-in (9 days included), a 50% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
    • If a tourist cancels a room reservation 4~6 days in advance before check-in (6 days included), a 40% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
    • If a tourist cancels a room reservation 2~3 days in advance before check-in (3 days included), a 30% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
    • If a tourist cancels a room reservation 1 days in advance before check-in , a 20% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
    • If a tourist cancels a room reservation on the day of check-in, no advance deposit shall be returned.
