Descriptions

Camping is a great way to get close to nature. Under a sky full of stars, you're embraced by the natural symphony as you gradually fall asleep. Please make a reservation for open-air campsite or pasture campsite in advance.

Admissions

Admission Fee (ticket): NT$280/person/night with ticket exchangeable for 1 cup of dairy product.
Campsite Maintenance: NT$1,200/campsite space/night
※Whole-heart experience price: NT$800/campsite space/night (which is unapplicable during Chinese New Year Holidays).
To make a reservation for the campsite, please fill in the "campsite reservation form" and fax it back us.

Campsite Space

A: With a total area of 8 meters x 8 meters, each campsite space is large enough to accommodate a 6-person tent and a regular car. Those who wish to cook shall make a reservation for an additional campsite space.
B: Electricity: 100 volts and 15 amperes. Do not use high power consumption equipment to avoid potential dangers and make sure to bring your own power strip with a total length of more than 200 centimeters.
C: Pavement: open-air & grassland.
D: With one wash basin and one picnic table.
E: Campsite maintenance fee includes parking and cleaning fee.
F: We uphold the campsite operating principle of “first come, first served”.

Reminder

A: We uphold the campsite operating principle of “first come, first served”. Campsite space arrangement is to be made after 7:00 am on the day of check-in while tent disassembly is to be done before 11:00 am on the day of check-out.
B: Please bring your own tent and sleeping bag.
C: A total of 2 hairdryers are provided in the public shower room of the campsite area.
D: Light will be cut off in the barbecue area at 23:00 pm; in the campsite area at 23:00 pm; and in the streetlight area at 24:00 pm.
E: Hot water supply is available in the shower room from 13:00 pm to 24:00 pm. Shower rooms are provided in Area A and Church Plaza.
F: Since the source of water supply for the camping area and the barbecue area is groundwater, it is not suitable for drinking. Please prepare your own water supply.

Booking Notice
- Our accommodation includes free park entrance, free parking service, greeting milk, greeting breakfast, nighttime experience activities (x1) and natural forest breakfast.
- Our accommodation provides beds for lodgers who are over 3 years old. For each additional lodger to the room, an extra charge of NT$800/person is required (without bed added).
- Extra charge for an additional lodger shall include general cleaning fee, greeting milk, mattress, quilt, flying cow shower foam, flying cow shampoo, nighttime experience activity, and natural forest breakfast. In order to maintain your lodging experience, a maximum of two additional lodgers are allowed for each room.
- The check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel room.
- One night before Saturday and national holidays, charged by full pricing.
- The Room rate will be based on "Lunar New Year prices" during the Lunar New Year Festival.
- Weekdays can get booking discount.
- The reservation will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not completed in time.
- Cash only in the park.
Cancellation
- Hotel room cancellation based on standard form contract:
  If a tourist cancels a room reservation due to typhoon, earthquake, or other natural disasters, a service charge 10% of the advance deposit shall be deducted with the rest returned to the tourist.
  * If a tourist cancels a room reservation 14 days in advance before check-in (14 days included), a 100% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
  * If a tourist cancels a room reservation 10~13 days in advance before check-in (13 days included), a 70% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
  * If a tourist cancels a room reservation 7~9 days in advance before check-in (9 days included), a 50% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
  *If a tourist cancels a room reservation 4~6 days in advance before check-in (6 days included), a 40% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
  * If a tourist cancels a room reservation 2~3 days in advance before check-in (3 days included), a 20% of advance deposit shall be fully returned and a handling charge remittance of NT$30 shall be paid.
  * If a tourist cancels a room reservation on the day of check-in, no advance deposit shall be returned.
Notice for the Stay
- To protect your reservation rights, the person who makes reservation shall be the same for the stay. Please present valid ID for check-in. And pay the balance payment.
- To protect good sleeping quality of other guest, visitors shall not stay after 22:00. Please lower the voice of TV and conversation for other guests’ rights.
- We are not responsible for any loss of money, jewelry or valuable belongings.
- If there is any damage to the belongings in the room, you will be compensated according to market price. And We reserve the right to take legal action.
- In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, drinking, smoking, betel nuts, and mahjong are forbidden indoors.
