Under multistep manufacturing process that is used for Indian Lassi, fresh milk from flying cow ranch is carefully collected as a major ingredient in making our dairy products. Without any pectin and water further added, our natural and fresh cream undergo reconciliation and fermentation process to generate dairy products with creamy and fragrant texture without any sour and pucker flavor.
The product was fermented using four lactic acid bacterias: Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium lactis. Among them, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus are common lactic acid bacteria used in fermented milk. Bifidobacterium lactis is highly resistant to acid and bile salt and can reach the intestine through gastric acid and bile salts. Yogurt drink contains more than 100 million active lactic acid bacteria per milliliter.
